Available 23rd Oct - Since the beginning of time, the emus of Campion Valley have migrated south in a yearly procession. But this season, a tragedy tears through the mob, silencing the valley and halting the great migration for the first time in memory. At its heart stands Emu Bob. Bound to his family and his lan. With the country drying beneath their feet, Emu Bob leads his mob into the burning wilds of Western Australia’s wheatbelt, where wanderers aren’t welcome. But beyond drought and predator lies a threat none of them could imagine: a human plan to use the army to wipe them out on a scale the outback has never seen. As the army closes in, and the Great Emu War begins, Bob and his mob must fight not only for survival, but for the right to exist in the country that created them. - Told through the eyes of the emus themselves, The Emus of Campion Valley is a sweeping, mythic adventure of kinship, courage and the stubborn will to never give up when the world turns against you.
